The Council of Catholic Women (CCW) is an international organization that promotes a number of programs and projects that serve communities. For instance, our CCW hosts an annual Day of Lenten Reflection and Lenten Soup Suppers. They also create prayer shawls and blankets, and plan drives to collect needed items for charitable organizations. Money raised through fundraisers is donated to many different local charities. Members maintain an atmosphere of service, leadership, spirituality and camaraderie; and each member can lead or participate in activities as she chooses. CCW promotes friendships, and informs members through Welcoming and Member Mentoring activities. Membership is open to any Catholic woman. Guests are always welcome at CCW meetings. Dues are $15 per year.

It is for women who are experiencing any of life’s transitions, predominantly relocation to a new community, but other new situations as well: retirement, loss of a loved one, aging, difficult medical diagnosis, change of any kind. We pray and work toward emotional health and spiritual growth.
You will learn how to let go and discover how to cherish the past and leave anything behind that might keep you from experiencing joy on your journey forward. This program will also help empower you to embrace whatever new stage in life you’re in and choose to be open to where God is leading you.
