  • Helpful Attributes: Punctuality, attention to detail
  • Time Commitment: Arrive 30 minutes before Mass, and serve for the duration of the liturgy.
  • Meetings: Periodically, as announced.
  • Requirements to Join: Ministry training, fingerprinting

Music Ministry & Choir

Music stirs the soul in such a deeply personal way that it has become an essential element of liturgical worship. We are blessed to have some of the best cantors and musicians in the area. Their musical gifts touch hearts and enliven spirits. When performing with the choir, all musical elements unite beautifully to inspire the congregation to sing and pray the Mass together. Making “joyful noises unto the Lord” is truly the vocation of the Music Ministry.

  • Responsibilities: Attend choir practices. Participate with the other choir members during liturgies and special events.
  • Helpful Attributes: A good singing voice, joy in singing
  • Time Commitment: Weekly choir practices plus additional practices leading up to major holy days and special events.
  • Meetings: Periodically, as announced.
  • Requirements to Join: Fingerprinting
