Vendor Fees and Space Details:
$50.00 for one 6-foot table (Maximum 2 tables per vendor)
Setup Schedule:
Friday, October 23: 9:00 AM – Noon
Saturday, October 24: 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM (vendors must be fully set up by 7:30 AM)
Vendor Guidelines:
• Table coverings must reach the floor
• Vendors must remain open for the full duration of the event
• Early breakdown may affect eligibility for future events
Refund Policy:
If you are unable to participate, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer your space to another vendor. We will issue refunds for cancellations made by July 15, 2026.
