Vendor Fees & Space Information

Cost: $50.00 for a 6 ft table

Additional Table: $20.00 for an extra 5 ft table

Space Includes: 1 six-foot table & 2 chairs (inside Social Hall)

Setup & Show Schedule

Initial Setup Times: Friday, October 24: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be fully set up by 5:00 PM)

Additional Setup: Saturday, October 25, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Show Hours: Saturday, October 25, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Important Vendor Guidelines

• Table coverings must reach the floor.
• Vendors must remain open for the entire show—closing early may affect acceptance into future events.
• Space is limited, so submit your application as soon as possible! The cut off date we will receive applications is May 1.
